Dr. Heather Drummond works at Mohawk College where she is an embedded counsellor in the student residence.
She has been working in the mental health field for over 22 year and is a passionate advocate for human flourishing. Her current projects involve the creation, and implementation, of an eSuccess Coaching program (www.Success-Mohawk.com) where she reaches out to students through various social media platforms to “Spread Psychology Through Technology” and help people learn strategies that bolster their mental health and wellbeing.
Last year Heather was awarded the 2017 Ontario College Counsellors Leadership Award. Presented by Ontario College Counsellors (OCC-CCCO), this annual award recognizes outstanding contributions and leadership of counsellors working within the Ontario Community College system.
